What is in it
A city guide written for a family arriving on international assignment, built around the five decisions that decide whether the posting works — prepare, choose the right school, choose the right neighbourhood, create community, have a great time — in three sections that follow the order of the move: Preparations, Soft Landing, Living the Life. Behind the articles sit the listings: schools, clinics, serviced apartments, restaurants, gyms, shops, places of worship and consulates, each verified against its own source and pinned to its map, in seventeen curated categories.
The guide turns pages like a book, reads as a two-page spread on a tablet, and can be downloaded city by city for reading without a connection. A built-in assistant answers questions from the guide alone, cites its source, and says when the guide does not know.
How you get access
The guide is free to read. Most readers receive it from their employer’s mobility team, their relocation company or a school, as a code or a seat on that organisation’s licence. Direct sign-up opens alongside the store release. Details are in the Help centre.
Devices and languages
iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and a web edition for organisations. Published in English and Vietnamese first; French, German, Japanese, Korean and Chinese editions follow as each is completed and checked by a named native speaker.
The standard it is held to
Advertising never changes what is in the guide; listings are ordered by an objective rule and schools are listed alphabetically; every listing is checked against the venue’s own current source before it appears; and we are not a relocation company and never will be.
