Going Global relocation guides

  2. Partners

A settled family stays.

Mobility teams, international schools and relocation partners use the guide to shorten the settling-in curve — and to reach families at the moment the assignment is offered, not the week they arrive.

Your edition, our neutral coreNo registrationNo personal data from your assignees
The partner edition · our promise

No personal data is collected from your assignees.

Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting only. We never use them to identify or track anyone.

The partner edition is a white-label version of the guide for your organisation, which we run as a hosted service. The people you send do not register, and we ask them for nothing: no name, no email address, no account. If your edition has a login at all, it is an organisation login that you issue, and it identifies your organisation, never a person.

  • No registration. Your people open the guide and read it.
  • No personal accounts. Any login is your organisation’s, issued by you.
  • Nothing to hand over. We hold no personal data about your assignees, so there is none to share, with you or anyone else.
01

How an organisation’s edition works.

Every edition carries the same neutral core: the same articles, the same listings, the same descriptions. What you add is kept separate and labelled. The families who read the Going Global app from the App Store or Google Play sign in with their own email; the partner edition you give your people needs no sign-in at all.

  1. Talk to usTell us who you are, which city and how many people you send. A person replies; there is no automated sales funnel.
  2. Your editionA white-label edition under your name, run by us as a hosted service. Add a welcome, your own policies and documents in front of the guide; they are labelled as yours and cannot change the guide itself.
  3. Your people read itNo registration and no personal details. If you want your edition closed to outsiders, it has an organisation login that you issue to your people.
  4. Nothing about them is collectedNo names, no email addresses, no accounts, no individual reading history. There is nothing about your people for us to keep, report or lose.
For employers

Mobility & HR teams.

A family can get four of the five decisions right and have the fifth sink the posting. Give every assignee the same neutral, verified guide on the day the assignment is offered, so the school, the neighbourhood and the doctor are chosen before the flight, not after.

Because advertising never changes what is in the guide, it is a document you can hand to your people without having to vouch for anyone’s commercial interest.

  • From the offer letter. Reach the family while the decisions are still cheap to change.
  • For the accompanying partner. A whole section on community, purpose and belonging.
  • In their language. English and Vietnamese first, five more to follow.
  • Your policies alongside. Your front section carries your documents, labelled as yours.
  • No personal data. Nothing is collected from your assignees: no registration, no accounts.
For schools

International schools.

This company began with a guide built for one school, and with the relocation companies who told us it needed a genuinely objective education section to be worth anything. That is why every school in the guide is listed alphabetically, described by us, and never ranked.

Give the families you admit and the teachers you recruit the whole city, not just the campus: the neighbourhood, the clinic, the supermarket and the first Friday night out.

  • For admitted families. The guide with the acceptance letter.
  • For recruited teachers. The city before the contract starts.
  • Your welcome, in front. Your front section, kept separate from the neutral core.
  • Fair to every school. Alphabetical, editorial, never for sale — including to you.
For relocation companies

Relocation companies.

We do not move anyone, lease for anyone, or manage an assignment, and we never will. That limit is permanent, and it is what makes the guide safe for a relocation company to hand over: it supports your consultants and never competes with them.

  • A guide worth handing over. Verified, neutral, and re-checked monthly.
  • Hand it over, no sign-up. Your families need no account and give us no personal details.
  • Never a competitor. No logistics, no leasing, no assignment management.
  • Fewer basic questions. The assistant answers from the guide and cites its source.

The guidance your assignees act on is reached on the evidence, not bought.

For venues & advertisers

Advertise, with a firewall.

Listing in the guide is editorial and free. Every venue clears the same verification bar whether it pays us or not, and telling us about a change never affects a listing.

The guide is free to read because it carries advertising. Paid space is marked as paid, a sponsored article is marked above its title as provided by the named advertiser, and advertising is placed by category, never targeted at an individual reader. The Education section carries no paid placement of any kind.

  • A place in the guide — not for sale.
  • A higher position — listings follow an objective rule.
  • Your own description — the guide writes every listing.
  • A ranking — schools are listed alphabetically.
